Short answer: no. AvaTrade doesn't charge commission on forex. You pay the spread. That's the cost. A partner code won't affect it.
Code 128979 unlocks the deposit bonus. Additional trading capital depending on your deposit. Simple as that.
Bonus amounts?
Put in $1,000, receive $200 bonus.
Deposit $2,000 for $400 bonus.
$5,000 to $9,999 adds $1,000.
Maximum bonus is $14,000 for deposits above $100,000. Not many traders reach that level.

A trading volume condition applies.
Roughly 10,000 units traded per $1 bonus. $200 bonus requires 2,000,000 units of trading volume. Slower if you're trading micro lots. Regular trading gets you there sooner than you'd expect.
Your deposit is yours. Withdraw it whenever you want. Bonus funds remain locked until volume is met.
